Diwali is a festival season that every one looks forward to celebrate. Kollywood, the home of Tamil movie industry also gears up to release some good movies and for them it is both a celebration and also tension. Conspiracy against Team Anna?
Anna Hazare's anti corruption movement shot to limelight because he echoed the sentiments of the comman man which the Congress calls the Aam Aadmi. He went on severl non violent protest and literally brought the Cong I govt to its knees and agree to build a serious Lokpal bill. All this happened when Sonia Gandhi, Congress Chairperson was away in US undergoing a treatment. Tamil Nadu – The place for opportunistic politics
After the 2G scam, Tamil Nadu was not in the national arena of limelight for quite a while. Even though AIADMK made a surprise come back, the 2G scam was taking all the attention it deserved. But now Tamil Nadu politics and politicians have shot back into media frenzy by trying to block the death sentence of 3 Tamils who were convicted for killing former PM Rajiv Gandhi. I like to stress on the word that they are convicted of the crime and it is not a simple crime, they plotted and carried out a deadly assassination attempt on a very promising leader of India.
